Lately, I’ve realized there are many things I want to choose. Every day. Over and over. It feels good to not want to change everything about myself now, and to know I’m actively choosing how I want my life to be.

I first heard this quote on a podcast. It lit a fire under me to start changing everything I was unhappy about in my life. For years, I worked on changing everything. And everything changed. Only recently have I realized this concept works the other way too.

If you’re not changing, you are choosing.
