Corporate Development Update Following extensive collaboration with our prospective international development partner, management currently expects to execute initial commitments this week related to our proposed $400m international mixed-use development. These commitments are expected to establish the framework for the next phase of execution and represent a significant milestone in advancing the project. In parallel, management continues evaluating transaction structures that allow the company to participate beyond construction, including potential ownership interests in development assets, subject to definitive agreements. If completed, this would align the Company’s role with both the execution of the development and the long-term value created by the project. Much of the operational planning required to support this initiative is already in place. The remaining work is focused on final documentation and coordinating the select project participants necessary for execution, including additional international trade partners for specific portions of the development. Opportunities of this scale require strong review, discipline and patience.
