@Kaesetopf Auf meinem Speiseplan ist das mittlerweile integriert. Pülverchen morgens in die Haferflocken, Proteinriegel zwischendurch und nach dem Sport noch ein Proteindrink. Bin aber auch gerade im Kaftaufbau.

Es ist gar nicht einfach so viel Eiweis zu essen, wie ich essen sollte. Von High Protein Produkten würde ich gerne die Finger lassen, aber ich komme wohl nicht drum rum 🤦‍♂️. Ich würde auf Aspartam & Co gerne verzichten, will mir aber auch nicht täglich drei Hühner reinwürgen.
