Nirvana’s music does not stand the test of time. But the Smashing Pumpkins does. So ultimately Billy Corgan won out against Kurt Cobain. Nirvana was hugely popular but I never listen to it anymore. I find Smashing Pumpkins more musical and listenable. Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness is a truly great album. Nirvana’s best was probably Unplugged. What say you @batcountry1980 ?

I love peptides. Very bullish on them and the future of health, longevity, and hypertrophy. Retatrutide is great, but realistically, I can get very lean on my own. This is a nice boost, though. I do believe it has the ability to eradicate obesity to a point where seeing a very fat person will be shocking if it's widely adopted. With that said, the GLOW stack is amazing. I'm getting the same benefits of the HGH I was taking for thousands of dollars less. I feel FANTASTIC. No joint pain, my tendinitis has been totally eradicated. Years of heavy benching resulted in chronic tendinitis in my elbows. Every morning, it was a struggle to straighten my arms for the first time each day. A solid 7/10 on the pain scale. In a month, it was gone. My skin is tighter and softer, and it looks noticeably younger. What an amazing combination of peptides.

🚨Simple Peptide Reconstitution Prompt for AI🚨 I often talk about reconstituting peptides for research here on my Twitter. Without exception, someone will say “just use a peptide calculator.” Yes, a peptide calculator may work for you if you understand the fractional math behind what you’re doing. I can’t tell you how many times someone has sent me a private message where they have used a peptide calculator not understanding the theory behind what they are doing and the peptide calculator has provided them the “correct” answer to their question: they have just asked the wrong question and got a correct but terrible response from the calculator. Below you will find a prompt that should work very well in helping you reconstitute your peptides for a particular dose and particularly for drawing that dose as a 10th of a milliliter (or whatever volume metric measure you prefer) for ease of administration. This prompt should also provide you with a final paragraph/sentence to explain exactly what it has done and how you will administer so that you can easily check the math on it. PROMPT: ➡️ I have a vial containing [insert amount, e.g., 5 mg] of lyophilized peptide powder. I want to reconstitute it with bacteriostatic water so that I can inject [insert desired dose, e.g., 500 µg] per day using an insulin syringe, where the dose corresponds to the [insert syringe marking, e.g., 0.1 mL or 10-unit] line. Please calculate how much bacteriostatic water I need to add to the vial to achieve this dosage and provide clear instructions. Example: For a 5 mg peptide vial, to inject 500 µg per day at the 0.1 mL line on an insulin syringe, reconstitute with 1 mL of bacteriostatic water. Happy Reconstituting and Keep the Math Simple ✅
