Sadly, 14 years after leaving the NHS due to being bullied, it seems not much has changed! My soul weeps😢😢 Many leaders claim to want a fairer system, but somehow, it's not translating to practice. I used to wonder why. But I've stopped wondering. It's crystal clear!
