4 years today I saw pictures of paralympian David Hill My goals and dreams were to win trophies, be involved in football and I would have worked hard to achieve those dreams. Love you so much Sophie, you'd be inspiring the world with your drive to reach your goals xx

AmpCamp kids took their first group of child amputees to Tenerife, supporting them growing as an amputee. They dedicated the camp to me in my memory. Such a lovely gesture from Ben and AmpCamp and my family are so grateful for including me. Keep up the great work AmpCamp! xx

4 years today you were diagnosed with Bone Cancer. In hospital that day you took your sweets to a little boy who was crying and made sure he was ok. You were amazing from the word go #takeasophie stick your tongue out at cancer and the negatives you face in this world xx

Sophie's Sparkle fund has donated thousands to families and other charities so far. Now the fund is official with the Norfolk Community Foundation, planning is under way to create a Sophie's Sparkle Package which we hope will support local families through their cancer journey x
