@Superfind

I believe Scotland should be an independent country. Brexit was a stupid idea dreamed up by the devious and self interested and voted for by the vulnerable.

Doha — Qatar’s Decision to Expel U.S. Forces, Becomes First Gulf State Qatar has officially announced the removal of American military forces from the Gulf region, becoming the first Gulf country to do so. The Qatari Foreign Minister stated that their country has paid a heavy price for hosting foreign military bases. The Foreign Minister described Qatar’s relations with Iran as “brotherly” and reaffirmed the commitment that Qatari territory will never again be used to harm these relations. According to the Foreign Minister, the United States violated its commitments to Qatar and consistently prioritized Israeli interests, which resulted in significant losses for Qatar. He further said, “If the United States truly cared about Qatar’s interests, it would have respected our decision not to attack another country. But the reality is that they used Qatari territory solely for the protection of Israel.” The Foreign Minister expressed hope that other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries would follow the same path. He concluded by saying that peace will only be possible when the world understands Zionist strategies. In this entire scenario, Iran has emerged as a victor. Qatar has not only described its relations with Iran as “brotherly,” but has also assured that its territory will no longer be used against Iran. This decision is not just a military withdrawal, but the beginning of a new era. If other Gulf countries follow Qatar, it would mark the end of Israel’s defense line and American dominance.

3. Then in 2024, Microsoft's cloud chief said: "I'm not building subsea data centers anywhere in the world." They proved the concept. Walked away. China scaled it commercially. America ran the experiment. China built the infrastructure.

China deployed a 1,300-ton data center on the ocean floor off the coast of Hainan. No cooling towers or air conditioning. Just cold seawater doing the job for free. The result? Cooling costs drop from ~50% of total energy to under 10%.

@bestofstarwar We didn't. This is a made up narrative created in the past decade by people who mostly weren't there or weren't old enough to remember. The massive box office and the billions in merchandise sales debunk all these claims. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar.

Britain has been a Christian nation for over 1,400 years. Through wars, plagues, and countless kings, Easter has always been celebrated. Yet now, Cadbury won’t even use the word ‘Easter’ on their eggs. When did celebrating British traditions become controversial?

@implausibleblog Where's the car crash you doylems. The only people angry with this war are Iran government and the useless idiots (the left). The Iranian people who want to be freed support it and the rest of us globally who aren't Sorostroopers also don't want Iran to get nukes

Trump last night: „We are helping NATO with Ukraine, so NATO should help the US to keep the Strait of Hormuz open.“ This is a lie. Trump suspended all help to Ukraine with his inauguration. Not a single cent is going to Ukraine. European countries are buying US weapons. This is not helping, this purchasing. When I buy my goods in a store, then the store is not „helping“, it is making business. Trump threatened allies around the globe with invasion and denigrated them at every step, including fallen soldiers in Afghanistan. Putin on the other hand got a pass, received a warm welcome in Alaska and even got sanctions lifted. Those are the facts.

Time to start going back home to the USA and worry about our own hemisphere again. And this isn't isolationism talking. It's insane that 80 after the end of WW2 and the fall of the Berlin Wall and all the Warsaw Pact nations, that NATO is still around. You would think that eventually the children would grow up and stand on their own two feet. But social welfare programs take priority over defense spending, which is why NATO could barely scrape together a few frigates even if it wanted to for the Strait of Hormuz. Europe just isn't worth the effort and the cost anymore. As for Japan and S. Korea, at least they are major trading partners that actually like us and want us there and Asia represents the future.

Trump: We have 45,000 troops in Japan, 45,000 in South Korea, and 50,000 in Germany. We defend all these countries, and then: “Do you have any minesweepers?” They say, “Well, would it be possible for us not to get involved?”

@Brunte84 The difference is that Norway own their cow and the milk it produces. The UK owns its cow but sold the rights to all the milk produced.

UK energy policy 👇🏼 We own half the North Sea oil cow, but we've gone "net zero vegan," locked it in the shed with sky-high taxes, then buy milk from Norway's identical cow next door... and smugly announce we're saving the planet ♻️ Meanwhile, Norway's cow is still happily producing, and we're paying top dollar for what used to be our own dairy 🤷‍♂️ Let's End this Madness, let's start drilling 🇬🇧🛢️
