Introducing @supermemory for Codex! give your codex better memory while having it interoperable between every other provider - OpenCode, Claude code, etc 1. Codex can see the timeline 2. It has your profile 3. Both explicit and implicit (dreaming) memory

@byanujpatel @talkamoreai @anujonchain we use claude open-source wasn't good enough for deep emotional context. for memory, we use @supermemory to store and retrieve semantic embeddings across sessions. so maya can connect what you said months ago to what you're saying now, by meaning, not by keywords.

i absolutely love it when people in the community become insane power users of @supermemory and make plugins for everything they use. recently, people made their own plugins for Pi, @ZoComputer, Codex and other harnesses 🫡

a few off the top of my head, and this can expand in hundreds of ways: - find scattered information in files / research across your entire system in instant time - build enhanced personal / organizational knowledge vaults, like the one @karpathy uses - sync agent skills and memories across different projects to learn your patterns and preferences try it out smfs.ai @supermemory
Soham Daga@sohamdaga22

just one of hundreds of ways you can use smfs btw, go ham!

Filesystems vs Vector search is the new MCP vs CLI. @claudeai uses agentic search. And @densumesh at mintlify like filesystems too. but Retrieval is still used by Notion, Cursor, and others. We hit the cafes of SF to see what people want. - The debate is hot. Filesystems won by 1 point - filesystems feel very simple and intuitive. - RAG requires embedding, vector search and other stuff filesystems won. Introducing SMFS - Supermemory Filesystem we brought the best of these worlds into one single product - SMFS.ai. it's a filesystem, but agent can also do semantic search using grep. live today. Try it! Works with any sandbox, you mount and sync with cloud, it has a sync engine built in, all filetypes supported - even images and videos can be grepped. So, what do you choose - Filesystems, or vector search? we have both!

starting an experiment: i have 162 repos on github. most of them are abandoned/discontinued projects with my newfound 'taste' and coding agents, I can bring all of them back (and better). and integrate @supermemory in many of them. let's start this

🕺 so true and 100% agree. eg: app.supermemory.ai is different for every user who visits it and uses it users own and take their memory to whatever they wanna use (eg. openclaw, claude, gpt) while being able to switch across things even the buttons are personalised!

Hot take: in a few years, apps will assume you have a local LLM with memory just like they assume always-on internet today. Every app becomes personal, intelligent and a little different for everyone. And software as we know it completely changes.
