@phoronix Well I disagree, when bisecting it gives the original email and permits reporting a regression and fix the problem, without the link it would require more work without an exact match of what was applied. And since it gives the exact patch, we can go over the review history

This is entirely host dependent, but a) the USB spec doesn't say it *won't* work, and b) the few instances of this that I have seen implemented, seem to support what the spec (doesn't) say!

@zhovner You can totally do immutable A/B with a debian base with an overlay for runtime changes, just wipe the system overlay to get to factory setup

Looking for a Linux Distro master for a new Flipper One We’re building a new Flipper One — it's a Linux-based ARM computer, and we want to make a custom Linux distro for it. Because it’s an embedded system, we don’t want to rely on legacy update methods like Debian’s APT. We plan to build on existing technologies such as SteamOS, OSTree, RAUC, or similar.
