@nxwestmidlands trysull road has been closed since Monday no signs on any bus stops everyday this week I’ve had to tell several people at different bus stops the buses aren’t running down there and where to get it because the digital signs are still showing the times sort it out

@WMmetro @nxwestmidlands I walked all the way to my local tram stop to find out the trams are not running AGAIN, going to be late to work AGAIN plus the cost of a Uber to minimise how late I'll be thanks AGAIN west Midlands metro for constantly letting passengers down it's money well spent on a pass

@nxwestmidlands bus support for the metro is horrendous. The 79 to West Bromwich has been missed off with no notification. The bus timetable not working on trousers lane. This is a joke and yet we have to pay more money for less service

@nxwestmidlands sort your fukin 529 service out!! Absolutely shocking! Waiting half an hour for one to turn up, app still saying 7 minutes! And 2 will turn up at the same time! I’m going to be late for work now!
