Town of Huntington resident, Ellie, is 9 years old and already making a difference in her community. Last year, Ellie reached out to the Town’s Anti-Bias Task Force expressing her interest in filming a PSA emphasizing the message that hate has no place in Huntington.

Today we pause to celebrate the life and remember the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and his immortal message of change, peace, and hope for our future.

Due to the pending Coastal Storm and the State of Emergency issued by Suffolk County, the Inauguration Ceremony scheduled for this evening has been postponed. As we are expecting high winds, heavy rain and coastal flooding, we ask that you all please use caution.
