@scssofas been decided that this is my fault for not taking care of it as per the small print! Who would have thought sitting on a sofa is wilful damage! It’s a fault ! They’re a disgrace! Am now having to claim through the furniture! This is shoddy service

@scssofas shocking customer service, getting told different things re my purchase and told my sofa delivery will delayed as getting the new Italian stuff to the store is more important !!







@scssofas Devon is classed as out of area for deliveries is it? 4 months I've been waiting and still no delivery date given. Had I known this before I would have never have ordered from you. Really disappointing to say the least. Buyers be warned!



@scssofas if you expect someone to spend over £1500 on a sofa via your website, the least you could do is actually show pictures of that sofa and not a different one. Terrible website.
