@scssofas a wasted visit to Beckton branch as on the website it states after nearly two week wait non stop call that the Regina range was in the branch. Oh no it is not as only the sofa which is not the range. Wow wow wow

@scssofas been decided that this is my fault for not taking care of it as per the small print! Who would have thought sitting on a sofa is wilful damage! It’s a fault ! They’re a disgrace! Am now having to claim through the furniture! This is shoddy service
