Raised uninstallation ticket to remove @DrinkPrime Someone called asking if they can send technician; told them I just want the purifier removed since they refused to change kit on chat. We fell sick & buying a new RO. But no response ever since. No option to speak to anyone.

The worst ever service provided by drink prime Each day some insects found in the water. After raising complaint nothing is done. I suggest no one to use their service. Charging so much high and the water will make you sick. @DrinkPrime
