📝 Paper day!🎉 My first first-author paper is submitted to ApJ and available on arXiv: arxiv.org/abs/2506.04369. This work explores triple systems of massive black holes and their outcomes in the cosmological simulation, Illustris.

I got to attend #ComSciCon24 last week in Boston and it was a fun time. I got to meet so many wonderful people passionate about #scicomm and share ideas. I also got to learn a lot through the workshops in creative storytelling, data visualization, and alternative media.

Yesterday marked the last day of #ComSciCon24, and we ended on a high note with an inspiring keynote from @michaelgreshko! 🚀 Thank you to all who joined us for this incredible journey in science communication. Let’s keep the momentum going! 💡✨

One of our best events is underway: Create-A-Thon! During this unique workshop, attendees talk to expert reviewers about pieces of #scicomm that they put together prior to the conference. Attendees have made everything from TikToks to museum exhibits to literary works. 🎬🖼️✍️

The scenery of everyone working and discussing and creating some amazing work on their laptop screens at this meeting of creative minds is a sight to behold. I feel privileged to be a part of this community, first as a student and then as a TA. #CodeAstro at @NUCIERA

Hi all! I have made an account for my Sci-comm comics/illustrations and also a new comic on the origins of supermassive black hole seeds. I'm planning on having one of these out every month focusing on active areas of research in astrophysics.
Smbh Comics@SmbhComics

The origin story of supermassive black holes is a mystery that is being actively solved. Here's a comic to illustrate two different ways of forming "seed" black holes in the early universe that grows into the garden of supermassive black holes we see today (1/5)
