@letsblinkit hey Blinkit can you fix your gps location on app for your drivers! I order from Swiggy and Amazon, none of them have location issue. So many times I have removed the added the location, but still the drivers get some other location and it ends up taking hours!

@plumspeak I have recently ordered 2404557 from suggested by my fav YouTuber Shweta Vijay. Since it was out of stock on Nykaa chose to order from the site. First the product received to me was wrong and second it was in damaged condition.

I am being told by the support they can place replacement but can’t guarantee the product will be reaching intact and also plum doesn’t have refund policy and can only provide coupon. I am not interested in coupon - since I am never buying from the site again

@driveu_in this is totally not acceptable, driver in the night not taking a safer route or just about any route than said by the female car owner (that is me) and then leaving the car middle of nowhere saying I am not going to drive if you insist. Scary!!

@driveu_in it’s my car, my petrol and I have paid for an hour for the drivers time. Happened to me with the last driver, I asked him to take a safer route which was 10km than the route showing which was 5km, and he refused.

@driveu_in question: when I am booking a DriveU, I am paying by the hour. My drop location could be 5mins away and still paying for the hour, so how does it matter how much distance I travel in that hour? Take a longer and safer route to get to the location?
