The solution to every fear of obsolescence is the same: go deeper into what only you can do. Keep redefining that until you're the best in the world at it. The set of things you can be the best at is infinite.
There is no demand for average — but there's also no competition at the frontier of your own specific knowledge.
Blame yourself for everything. That's not self-punishment. That's how you preserve the agency to fix it.
The means of learning have never been more abundant. It's the desire to learn that's scarce. And the fastest way to want to learn is to start doing something that matters.
If you want to learn, do. If you want to stop being afraid, act. If you want leverage, build something only you would think to build.
The motorcycle is here. The question is whether you have somewhere to go.
