Following maintenance work last night for customers impacted by a broadband issue in the Sandybrook area - all services are now working as expected. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.

We are aware of a broadband issue causing intermittent problems for customers in the Sandybrook area. Engineers will complete maintenance work which will cause a 30 min outage at 22:30. This may be followed by a further outage of up to 3 hours. We apologise for any inconvenience.
