@DayZ Would also make no sense for a character to travel all the way to eastern Russia and not be able to walk/drive across chernarus to the desert. One survivor makes it feel like that character matters more

@DayZ No, what a pointless way to separate all the unique loot and weapons again. Already have terrible variety with gear on other maps, (Russian gear not on Russian map?? Certain packs just don’t exist in winter? You left out tan plates from the tannest map yet. One survivor.

Hey Survivors, Our design team has a question for you. They want to know your opinion on traveling between DLC maps and base game maps. What if you would only be able to travel between Chernarus and Livonia, and you would have separate characters on Sakhal and Nasdara.

@DayZ Couple things would be cool to see, like attaching a filter bottle to canteen slots or packs since it has a carabiner loop, ponchos, backpack covers, small tent, enable coloured weapon/gear variants (using them over 10 years with no issue on private servers?) ferro rod for fires

@c_bean07 @DayZ You ever walked in winter gear with a pack? Not sweating is the biggest concern lmao. Defrosting a 1” thick pate shouldn’t take as long as a full can of whatever. The textures look like shit for old gear. Tactical pack is piss yellow instead of tan lol. Easy shit

@SurvivorDesignZ @DayZ bruh half of these complaints are opinionated and nitpicking. The defrost rate is fine, and why wouldn't you still be somewhat cold in full kit, the island is cold. I don't think I've ever heard somebody complain about the textures of damaged clothes, they're damaged?
