Super Saturday at the Superintendent 5k. I'm so proud of all the West students (and staff) that joined in. A special shout out to the Run for Your Life run club!

Thank you to our wonderful school counselor, Mrs. Hamilton, for coming to my math classes. She explained the feeling of anxiety and shared strategies students can use to calm themselves down when they are feeling anxious.

Our final winner, after an intense battle, was Mrs. Rios! 🎉
