Today MPs showed their true colours.
Davey, Badenoch, Sultana, Abbott, Anderson acted poorly & shamed their positions & Parties
In contrast Starmer acted with truthfulness & decency. Admitting he made an error of judgement.

Poor @SamCoatesSky - he must be so disappointed that Keir Starmer told the truth, didn't mislead Parliament, hasn't been forced out and didn't resign. In fact he came out of that session stronger and with more support than ever.

He's also incredibly smart and astute and can regulate his emotions, so he never acts irresponsibly. He also has immense warmth and humour, which comes out when he's out meeting people. Plus, he's so well-liked and respected by so many other leaders.

@Keir_Starmer May not be a showman. He may not be overly charismatic, but @Keir_Starmer is honest, reliable and trustworthy and he has immense integrity. He is a great leader, and it was an error of judgement he admits in appointing Peter Mandelson, but I admit myself knowing who was in the @WhiteHouse and bearing in mind the trade tariff issue, I felt it was a bold and smart move at the time, and I backed that decision myself. There were many errors made by civil servants in this saga, Sir Chris Wormald, Case and Robbins and I think this is where the blame lies and this is where the scrutiny and investigation needs to be focussed. And btw @KarlTurnerMP @Keir_Starmer has my complete trust.

Keir Starmer being transparent, eloquent & persuasive, while addressing parliament regarding Mandelson. I believe wholeheartedly he was let down by those that should have given him & senior ministers the full information they needed. I still back him as PM unreservedly.
