@emollick I’ve been finding ChatGPT incredibly useful for word based tasks but when I asked it to count the number of times an item appeared in a list (was 6 times) it reported 5. So I would worry about it creating a chart. What do you think?
So it looks like ChatGPT with Code Interpreter can do basically any visualization technique you ask. And you can tell it to make charts "more beautiful"
(I actually asked it to generate artificial data to create the charts to show what they could do, which the AI happily did😬)
@GeorgieHewson81 Someone sent me this interesting article this morning. I kinda got the message the author was saying we run the risk of being moral bigots if we take the attitude that a wrong deed = a badperson and never let them get past it.

While we are in the midst of planning AusPLAT conference 2023: Sept 8-10, Hobart, Australia, ausplat.com/conferences/ [Submissions due April 30]

we would like to draw your attention to other great opportunities for engaging &/or presenting your #psyched research: 1/6:
@ginnybraun@drvicclarke Oh my god I mixed up your names in this message. If it’s any excuse whatsoever I also consistently call my children and siblings by each other’s names too. I am SO SORRY!
@ginnybraun@drvicclarke I kinda want to say: "I would encourage the reviewer to read some of Virginia Clarke and Victoria Braun's work in this field if they continue to review reflexive thematic analysis papers", but feel this is probably too cheeky!
#Opinions wanted. What do we think of using the collective first person (e.g., we dried the plant roots in a salad spinner) in #science#publishing? This is not what I learnt during my training and I'm not sure how I feel about it. @AcademicChatter#AcademicWriting
@DailyChoicesMag I always feel uncomfortable reading this Tweet. Maybe Alexa invited every other kid in the class except Missy. Maybe all the other kids never invite her either. Maybe Missy's Mum has finally lost it and is trying to help make Missy's primary school years slightly less hellish.
I'm looking for some suggestions for journals that are more open to qualitative psychology research i.e., the reviewers are less likely to be worried about "generalisability of results" because of the "small sample size"... #AcademicChatter#qualitative
