@mooramana @avivaplc My mum died recently and we used the government website "you only tell us once" to inform people. I really hope that you have found this site. It made a lot of difference to the number of people I had to inform and the exhaustion that comes with this.

Exhausted, Angry & upset in equal measures. Have spent most of today notifying pensions, banks, life insurance providers with far too much time on hold. Financial organisations you really need to do better when dealing with the bereaved @avivaplc currently in a queue 38 mins…

@GBHockey Two goalies in my family - husbands kit stinks, it lives in the garage next to the Fabreeze which is liberally applied after use. Luckily other goalie is 11 yrs old and he nor his kit smell ... yet!

@Baddiel We are doing the same thing for my MIL. An avid hoarder plus 50+ years in one house creates lots of stuff. I have taken responsibility for the clothes and it is oh, oh so hard. It is overwhelming but I have found relief in the memories that surface when sorting things bit by bit.

@zsk My son has been in his uniform on a few world book days - he hates dressing up. One year we managed a red T-shirt and blue trousers which was how George in our version of George's Marvellous Medicine looks on the book cover. I am so sorry your son is upset.

@erbrooker Years ago when driving my niece [aged 6], I swore. She asked what I said. I said I couldn't repeat it. She countered, "if I tell you all the swear words I know, will you tell me when I get it correct". She got it on her 6th guess: but guesses 4 and 5 were new words to me!

After 4yr old's epic meltdown over toast cut the "wrong" way.
Me: whispering under my breath with my back turned.. "ohhh I'm so fucking tired"
4yr old: "well I'm fucking tired too mummy"

@theAliceRoberts @nadhimzahawi Agree, I know 2 families local to me who are having to make the decision between their children(s) education OR a vulnerable household members health. This decision is causing much distress and anger.

8886 children have lost a primary caregiver during the pandemic. Families with clinically vulnerable members are faced with awful decisions about keeping children away from inadequately mitigated schools. They need to be supported, not threatened. Please listen, @nadhimzahawi.
