The Narcissist story of you starts when they push you beyond your breaking point, it’s a good way to prove you are unstable..

Mask slipping..the mask cannot stay on forever eventually the mask slips, and you see a side that is uncharacteristic of the person you thought you knew. It’s not a bad day, keep watching-it gets worse.

What narcissist love to lie about, never believe someone who tells you that their ex is “crazy” sometimes you have to wonder if they had a hand in making someone unstable…

That how did I get here moment is chilling. It’s like waking up in a theater and realizing you’ve been cast in a play you never auditioned for. But once you stop looking into those eyes for validation and start looking back at your own truth, the theft ends. We’re taking our scripts back now! 🎪🔥

What was the red flag you saw early on but chose to ignore? I would say for me it was the constant need for attention. 🚩

Sometimes it takes someone to really hurt you deep to let you know that they are not the right one for you. Don’t give second chances, believe it the first time..

How abandonment makes you overcompensate, because somewhere in your mind you believe if you do everything right, no one will ever leave you again.
