Happy birthday #samheughan! As many of you know, in honour of Sam's 46th birthday we have spent the last four weeks raising funds for a very worthy cause. This year's birthday fundraising recipient is the National Trust for Scotland's Culloden Fighting Fund. History should never be forgotten and we hope that the funds that we have raised this year will be used to protect and preserve both the Culloden Battlefield, and the history of what happened here. With the final season of Outlander currently screening, this year we are celebrating both Sam's, and Jamie Fraser's birthdays. As such, the fundraiser will remain open for a bit longer as we continue watching the remaining episodes. It seems a fitting way to celebrate both Sam, and Jamie. Many thanks to everyone who has contributed and/or shared this year's fundraiser. It is always so incredible to see our community coming together to celebrate Sam's birthday and the positivity that he brings to so many of our lives. £10,009 and counting is an INCREDIBLE amount of money.
