In her pre-tournament press conference on Tuesday, Korda described herself as “super happy.” “I have the greatest support system, and I get to do what I love every day,” she said. Anniversary dinner with my much, much, much better half at Jean-George’s Inn at Poundridge. Great softshell and pizza, the burgundy, given its youth and price point exceeded my expectations

Took a week off wine as husband recovered from surgery. So tonight, we’re having 2015 Silverado SOLO Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon to celebrate full recovery, our 1st 9 holes of golf since surgery, and a steak and roasted potatoes dinner. Simple pleasures in life- Cheers🍷

@Mr_C_1982 Exactly! We spend Jan-April on the Gulf Coast in FL and love the wide variety of fresh fish and seafood available- grouper is a favorite as well as red snapper

@SusanCost719 First time I’ve had grouper…was lovely. North Florida crushing it from a fish and seafood perspective.

Local oysters, wood fire cooked grouper and a Sonoma-Cuteee Cali Chardonnay which i’d never tried before…was more buttery than I was expecting albeit quite sweet.

@PaulDMauro Paul, I’ve enjoyed your posts, photos of Rome, Florence Tuscany, and the food-and I do laugh at your jokes too! We’re going to Italy in the fall and I have a glimpse of how amazing it is! Molte Grazie!

1. So final thoughts on Italy trip, to those interested: (1) Italy has apparently come a long way on air-conditioning, at least from Rome and north. If yo go in a warm weather month, you’ll care.

@G12Rocco There’s nothing like homemade guacamole with fresh ingredients, especially fresh avacado, lime juice, cilantro and jalapeños!

I made Guacamole for the very first time for an afternoon snack 🥑 It came out “muy bueno”😋🇲🇽I used all fresh ingredients and it is really delicious! I’ll be making this for Cinco de Mayo😊
