This is my hardwearing Tapi carpet after 3 weeks .Their guarantee doesn’t exist .The damage isn’t sufficient .Public case I of caring is just a front they do not respond and take negative reviews down .Avoid this company

@Tapi_Carpets More loops appearing on a daily basis in this “hard wearing carpet “that will progress to tears and ladders .The quality of this carpet is appalling and it was expensive !I also emailed your CEO a week ago and have been ignored

Service is a disgrace! Reported a fault in a carpet that is still under guarantee, completely fobbed off. On top of that the employee at the branch it was purchased was condescending, I’ve complained but it’s been ignored completely. DREADFUL aftercare

Trying to speak to anyone at Center Parcs is nigh on impossible this includes their live chat email and phones .They have a serious issue with Customer Service .
