Happy Mother’s Day! I’m so excited to be a mom and enter this new season of life, and thankful for my mom and how she raised me. Today we celebrate every mother, aunt, grandmother, sister, and friend who has influenced us, encouraged us, and made us into the people we are today!

I had a great day in Logan County! We spent time connecting with TCN to hear about the great work they are doing to prevent and address domestic violence, followed by a meeting with the Logan County Commissioners, and a visit to the Community Health Center at Riverside Schools.

Every conversation & visit reinforced how much our communities care about supporting families, growing local businesses, & creating opportunities for the next generation. Experiences like these continue to guide my work and ensure the policies we advance reflect the needs of SD12

Had a fantastic day in Darke County last Friday! Great meetings w/administrators from Greenville City Schools, toured Troy Sunshade, visited Wayne Healthcare, & spent time at Brethren Retirement Community. I enjoyed my conversations with each group & appreciated their hospitality

I was honored to join community partners in Lima celebrating the completion of a revamped Stabilization Unit. This investment represents real progress and a commitment to ensuring individuals in crisis have access to safe, timely, compassionate mental health & recovery services.

A great day at the Statehouse celebrating the kickoff of America 250! I enjoyed joining leaders from Cenovus and Lima Mayor Sharetta Smith as we came together to honor our history and look ahead to what’s next. Senate District 12 was well represented today! 🇺🇸

November was a busy month at the Statehouse! Along with sweeping property tax reform which will provide more than $2B in relief over the next three years, here is a quick update on legislation I’m working on.

It was great to join Upper Valley Career Center for their 50th anniversary & the ribbon cutting for their new expansion! For 5 decades, UVCC has been equipping students with real-world skills & strengthening our region’s workforce. Congratulations on this incredible milestone!

I may have earned the award for my voting record in the Ohio House, but I’ve brought that same energy to the Ohio Senate where I will continue to champion the values of prosperity and freedom. Thank you, AFP Ohio!
