Unfortunately, the restaurant “community” is now, by economic necessity, focused on survival of each individual entity and debt owed .Survival depends on lowering price points, uniting with hotels to create a restaurant/hotel guest experience and restructuring pay and profits.

If ever there were a time for gov to provide fiscal leadership for hospitality workers and the industry it’s NOW. Mandated closings wisely protect communities, but minus rev, restaurants alone simply cannot fully care for our people and be able to reopen when this storm passes.
