@TPEassist please explain to me why it is acceptable to cancel the last train on the timetable 38 minutes before it’s departure and then leave no staff at the station to deal with the passengers left stranded in the middle of the night? Absolutely appalling service

@TPEassist There was no road replacement service indicated at the station, there was a bus to Manchester Piccadilly 45 minutes later which did not solve the issue for passengers who were meant to be travelling to Leeds and York. I had to pay for a private taxi which was extortionate

@TPEassist The 00:38 train from Manchester Airport to York, due to stop at Leeds. No rail replacement bus, no staff, no other trains, people left stranded at the airport. As a woman travelling alone I was shocked.
