Tātad - tas bija Nils Ušakovs, kurš izdomāja un pieņēma politisku lēmumu, ka pensionāri Rīgā brauks transportā par velti. Vēl visāda sniegputeņu brīvbiļetes utt. Visiem tas tā iepatikās, ka visi arī sekojošie mēri to ne tikai atstājuši spēkā, bet grupu saraksts, kam pienākas dažādas atlaides regulāri ir ticis paplašināts. Rezultātā RS ir milzīgi zaudējumi, kas prasa katru gadu no īpašnieka dotāciju pāri par 100 mio. Jo ir pieņemti tādi politiski lēmumi, kas balstās izpratnē, kas valstij, sabiedrībai ir labi un vajadzīgs. Tieši tādi politiski lēmumi ir vajadzīgi par AirBaltic, kas balstās izpratnē par to, kas valstij ir vajadzīgs un izdevīgi. Atšķirības ir tikai formālas un ES juridiskajā laukā, nevis pēc būtības. Protams, ka varētu arī RS pieprasīt pelnīt, varētu arī atvērt tirgu, varētu ļaut bankrotēt, visu ko var, bet RS dzīvo noteiktu politisku lēmumu un izpratnes par valsti ietvarā. ZZS. Apvienotais Saraksts, NA, LPV, kas balsos pret nieka 30 mio AirBaltic, kas novedīs pie šīs kompānijas bankrota, pie uzreiz 250 mio nodokļu naudas zaudēšanas, lidostas 50% apgrozījuma krituma, nerunājot nemaz uz netiešajiem zaudējumiem ir kaitnieki, kas lai iegrieztu vienotībai un pro, iegirezīs valstij. Tā ar politiku nenodorbojas. Personiskā nepatika un politiskā konkurence nedrīkst būt iemesls lai kaitētu valstij.
