Someone’s Capex is someone else’s current Revenues and Earnings. Capex is typically finite and then the revenue and earnings for the counterparty will start to decline Hyper scalers and Mag 7 capes feeding into the 100 USD Bn + profit numbers of Samsung etc. Buy cyclicals and capex reliant companies when Price to Book is low and Price to Earnings is high, not the other way round The PEAK OIL THEORY of 2007 lead to similar explosion of profits and market cap representation that we are today seeing with SEMIs and everything else AI.
