Shout out to @NHSuk, daughter damaged her elbow at ju-jitsu last night, so went to Otley small injuries clinic. X-ray confirmed a bad break. Called this am to go to NHS Airedale, now booked in for next Weds for it to be pinned or replaced . Total of £5.60 in carparking 🫶

Ok i turn 30 this weekend, what else can I do for attention now? I’m already a doctor, I’ve lived abroad, done a marathon and travelled to Japan

@dru_jlh Adam's were just awful to the core. You never know how long the previous patient needed. This week, I had an hour before seeing someone at GP's, I didn't mind because before me was very poorly and the needed to go to hopital.

Looking forward to borrowing a Nikon D850 for a week. The week will include the Easter weekend

That was the worst and most unsafe train journey I’ve experienced. @CrossCountryUK you should be ashamed. You lay on a dirty, old train. And allow it to fill to the gunnels. People jammed in filling toilets, vestibules and luggage hold areas. Elderly and disabled people, and mums with young kids treated like cattle. Packed in like sardines. Plus no audible information - tannoy so quiet no one could hear. It’s dangerous for people to travel squashed like this and had I been travelling with my wife and children I’d have got off. From what I can see on X this is a regular occurrence. Mark my words - if there is a major tragedy involving an overcrowded train like this there will be horrendous and unnecessary loss of lives, and people rightly going to jail for turning a blind eye. XC Trains Ltd / Crosscountry Trains - you need to find a way to put the passengers before your profits and shareholders.

This is the best summons ever!!!! Inside the envelope is a summons letter to attend Windsor Castle next month Still can’t quite believe it. If only my father was alive to see what we’ve done over the last 15 years to help improve patient safety & team working 😢

@Jeremy_Hunt This surgeon delivered my daugther by C section in 2016 at Southmead. It was an emergency and it kept very calm through the whole thing.

Tim was one of the most committed doctors in the country to patient safety. His inspirational work saved countless lives. RIP a truly wonderful man
