Bob Suter Memorial Foundation

Feb. 22, 1980 in Lake Placid, N.Y. 📌 45 years ago today, the U.S. Men's Olympic Ice Hockey Team defeated the highly favored Soviets. A day that will forever be known as the Miracle on Ice 🤩

Tonight, Ryan Suter made history as the only active player to reach 1,500 NHL games played, surpassing Mike Modano for the third-most games by an American-born player! Congrats, Ryan!

Hope everyone has safe travels this week if doing so. Want to highlight the Polar Caps today as another one of the associations that we were able to donate gear to. "It's all about the kids"

Although our Ice Wolves YH friends might have been camera shy, we were honored to give back to their association. "It's all about the kids"

Sauk Prairie YH was another one of our recipients of gear this season. Always great being able to take something like our Memorial Classic and see it in action getting distributed to associations throughout the area. "It's all about the kids"

Waunakee YH used to play games here in Middleton at Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena, so it only makes sense to help give back to their association. "It's all about the kids."

Although, they may be a little outside of Dane County, we were happy to give back to Thunderbird Youth Hockey in Baraboo. Starter kits go out to associations all over the area to give back to the game in Bob's honor.

"It's all about the kids." Located in Madison, we were able to donate a whole bunch of gear sets to the Patriots. It's always great to see our foundation making the intended impact that Bob would've always wanted.

Recently, we were able to donate over a hundred sets of youth hockey starter sets to associations around the area thanks to the Memorial Classic and other fundraisers throughout the year. Over the coming days, we will show the impact our foundation makes.

Another great year in the books. Can't wait for next season. Thank you for helping us raise funds to support youth hockey here in the Madison area.
