Thinking in the future of doing a MSc but not sure what in. Prehospital based, not sure about the advanced practice MSc want something a bit different to stand out from the crowd. Any ideas any one??

I’m doing some training soon for university lecturers on supporting autistic and ADHD students through health and social care courses. Does anyone have anything you think is important to mention that I might have missed? 💭

@msniamhgarvey @ItsEmilyKaty I’ve been undertaking research into neurodiverse paramedic students experience of practical training sessions and found very similar results to what you describe @UEA_Health @UEA_Paramedic @KBotsfordSmith @ParaJoeC

@ItsEmilyKaty Something I found really hard as a student nurse: -long handovers with fast talking and no time to process -non-literal language and loads abbreviations( I find it hard to remember abbreviations) -being expected to muck in without being told my clear role and responsibilities

@B_travasso The other week I visited UEA, they have a great campus, accommodation and feel to the uni (also SJA wise fab SVT, clinical & youth offering) If you can chat to people who aren’t tour guides, you often get a more honest and genuine response (I went on duty with some SJA students)
