Can we finally quash the garbage of "Women typically present atypically?!" New ESC guidelines emphasize that we need to be focused on a wide range of symptoms, but especially chest discomfort, in *both* women and men. @HeartSisters thoughts?

I’m doing some training soon for university lecturers on supporting autistic and ADHD students through health and social care courses. Does anyone have anything you think is important to mention that I might have missed? 💭

@ItsEmilyKaty Something I found really hard as a student nurse: -long handovers with fast talking and no time to process -non-literal language and loads abbreviations( I find it hard to remember abbreviations) -being expected to muck in without being told my clear role and responsibilities

This review found additional evidence in support of attending ALS courses. Studies demonstrate that accredited ALS courses, specifically ALS, NRT, and HBB training, improve patient survival outcomes in adult and neonatal patients. 🔗 sciencedirect.com/science/articl… #ResusTwitter

@B_travasso The other week I visited UEA, they have a great campus, accommodation and feel to the uni (also SJA wise fab SVT, clinical & youth offering) If you can chat to people who aren’t tour guides, you often get a more honest and genuine response (I went on duty with some SJA students)
