@HMRCcustomers Tried that after an hour on the phone still no joy with explaining why it still hasn’t been sorted . Dam terrible experience would be a different story if I owe HMRC the money .

@HMRCcustomers It was self assessment all forms were completed it shows money sat waiting to be paid out but that has shown since July .
