Just finished a binge watch of #ThePitt. Remember ep 1 ER with Noah Wyle as the day 1 med student, the time in charge. Funny, moving, current, no distracting big name actors, ensemble cast, plenty of airway (but eek the anaesthesiologist cameo doesn't come off great).

A very bad clinical thing happened yesterday. Everyone ok now. Reminder why anaesthesia training takes so long, everything is fine until it isn’t. Need to call on every last bit of study, training, experience and skill to quickly care for the patient sometimes.
