@suitcasetrains No, it's not silly and a special gift like this should have been sent in better condition. I think the majority of small businesses (me included) wrap with love and care, so it would have been emotional to receive something so personal, to be squashed and creased. x

I bought some wild bird seed packets personalised for my Dads funeral. Chose from a small business. Seeds arrived today crammed in a small box and bag and creased. Its made me sob .I know it's so silly But I pack all my things beautifully and care so much. Its all so silly
