Taking inventory of everything you have on your plate can easily throw you down that energy wave into a feeling of fear, exhaustion and doubt. Get out in nature to heal, soothe and quietly inspire. What is your secret spot that helps you recharge?

Shift your thoughts. Shift your routine. Carve out time to think and then take action, no matter how small. You’ve got to move. You’ve got to dive into what turns you on. What can you change in your routine right now, today?

When a job doesn’t resonate with you, everything feels tiresome. When it aligns with who you are, you feel energized. You work hard and you wake up the next day excited to do even more. Can you shift your consciousness by just doing a bit more of what turns you on?

Self-care is seriously the theme of the year. People are talking & writing about it. Brands are promoting it. But are you practicing the truest form of self-care, SELF LOVE??

Only when we learn to love ourselves, can we find true happiness. On Valentine’s Day, we focus so much on outward love but have you learned to look inward and love yourself?

Our bodies are our biggest allies. When we tune in to the messages they are sending us, we are able to decipher the truth of our situation.

The most vulnerable place we can find ourselves is when we choose to open up to receive from others.
