No one got fat after 6 wings and a couple of beers while watching a football game. The problem is when you have 4 beers every night because you had a stressful work day and consume pizza and fast food with it because your too tired to cook. One night won’t change anything.

@influenya @Snarky___ Ensure is like 300 calories you have to eat a shit tone of those lol. I make meal plans and keep them accountable if are really interested in gaining good weight.

@SvgDreamz @Snarky___ I know. I drink a lot of ensures and juice to try and make up for it. It’s not always solid food. Soups and the like.

If you want to lose weight, change your diet. If you want to get more muscle, lift weights If you want to improve cardiovascular health, do cardio
