the reason scrolling CT and talking about crypto helps you become a better trader is because you're "training" your subconscious
crypto as a whole is a lot of subconscious work:
- quickly disqualifying slop
- knowing when something is worth looking into
- intuitively "feeling" when a narrative is topping
trading with real money is probably the best way to train your subconscious
but during a bear, there's not much to trade, so taking in as much info as possible now and learning from people smarter than you are the second best things you can do
convenient part about this is you don't need to be on your pc 24/7 as you would during a bull. can just set aside a few hours per day to this

best thing u can do while the market is dead is scroll CT, curate your feed, and continue talking about crypto in group chats even though you're not actively trading, you're subconsciously absorbing information which will ultimately build your general intuition when markets flip back risk on, youll be warmed up already and have insane edge over everyone who logged off during the slow times
