Swayam currently leads entrepreneurial initiatives in Renewable Energy, IT, Manpower, and Event Management. Committed to fostering a culture of honest and inclusive business, he reserves 70% of positions in his companies for freshers, empowering young talent and nurturing future leaders. Under the "Clean Tech Initiative" of Sewa International, a global charitable organization, he works to provide renewable energy solutions in remote and underserved areas lacking access to conventional power sources. In recognition of his contributions to entrepreneurship and social development, Swayam Baral was honoured with the prestigious National Youth Leadership Award in 2018.
