𝐔𝐩𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 🤝 Three players are on course for milestones before the season is out. Joel Feirn - 100 (Albion Sports) Brad Swain - 100 (Sheffield FC) Luke Playford - 300 (Frickley Athletic) That would take 9 of the squad to 100+ games. Goes to show that there is loyalty about. We’re eternally grateful for our players. ❤️

FT’ | The perfect away performance. ❤️

𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 🫡 It can only be one man, couldn’t it? Patiently waited for his opportunity after injury and players in his position in top form, but Swainy has led by example, worked his nut off, been defensively solid and even got himself on the scoresheet. Well deserved. Thanks to Mabs and Emily for their monthly prize donation. 🤝 Slazengers Sports Club 🤝 @StickthatonYT

𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐝 𝐒𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐧 🤝🏼 Back with the defensive line retentions, Mr Consistent, @SwainBrad is a Horbury Town player for the 25/26 season. Both player and manager had the following words: 𝐃𝐁 “Brad has been a revelation since joining the club at probably our lowest point in the three years we’ve had. Not only has he been one of the most consistent performers since, not putting a foot wrong, he’s also one of the nicest people in football and a dream to manage. I believe he’s truly found his happiness in football at this club and would do anything on and off the pitch to help Horbury grow and grow. His commitment to fitness and doing stuff in his own time, has seen his performances grow further too. Everyone needs a Brad Swain at their club and he more than deserve a shot at this level. I think he can get even better”. 𝐁𝐒 “I genuinely believe there’s no place like Horbury. It was such an easy decision to come back for a third year and give it a crack at this level. It really feels like home to me now. The support from everyone involved at the club is second to none. The challenge next season is something all the boys are very keen to prove that last year was no fluke. We proved last year that we can mix it with the teams in this league during the cup games so it would be nice to be up at the top end of the league by the end of the year. On a personal level, I just want to keep improving and ensure my standards are always at a high level. Last year, we had a great defensive record, something I just want to keep contributing to, hopefully score a couple along the way as well”.
