Solid first day at Adidas Outdoor Nationals throwing the shot. Finishing 10th out of 16 people in the Championship divison with a throw of 15.86m (52’0). First meet throwing rotational and not a bad day. On to Discus tommorrow. @ShermanHolt51 @SwainCountyFB
