Adding Fox to the Mario movie is a 10,000 IQ play by Nintendo. Young Nintendo fans don't really know Fox too well outside of Smash, so they'll meet him in Mario Galaxy. The SF series would thrive as movies. Kids are drawn to animated animals, so a Star Fox movie is inevitable.

It's amazing that people were able to figure this out from the edges of the promo materials before it was officially announced. Here's hoping we'll get a Star Fox movie too!

@Ryanlord666 Errr, that was all to say, if the regional gravity doesn't hold, you will probably just fall "down" towards the bottom of the skybox. Meaning you may not be able to stand under it. Cheers!

@Ryanlord666 Hard to say how far out the gravity goes. Usually it's in shaped regions, unless it's universal like those gravity reversal stages. This is all from memory so I could be wrong. If I had more time I'd check it out - just swamped with other projects. Thanks for reaching out though!

@Ryanlord666 it's possible the devs have it off until that ground pound block is hit up above. I haven't spent a lot of time in this stage unfortunately. I'd lean more towards it's intact but shallow, but the way that Mario follows the block down also makes me wonder if it changes right then.

@Ryanlord666 Heya! I haven't messed around with SMG2 in a hot minute, so I can't say for certain. Speedrunners may be more well-versed for making Mario reach areas he isn't supposed to, as I usually was modifying the game. I'd imagine the gravity is still in tact, but given the distance (1/2)
