It's kinda insane too me how Germany even makes the best singers look like total idiots #esc2026 Like Sarah is actually a great singer but that song was absolute trash and 10 years too late. Lol.

@iNathanM I set aside time in the 2 weeks I had off work over Christmas for Baldur's Gate! Ended up spending pretty much the entire 2 weeks on it! Great game but surprisingly lengthy!

Claire and I are rewatching the Final Destination franchise right now, and it's kind of wonderful how it starts off as 'If you avoid Death, Death will come to finish the job' and then a few films later there's basically an entire rulebook for how to manipulate the Death List.

@ManyATrueNerd I remember back in early days when I had no idea what Twitter was, a work colleague recommended it for keeping up with who was being outed in a tax scandal around 2009!

I think the fall of Twitter can be most easily seen when a big event happens, like South Korea just had. Twitter used to be the best place to see news unfolding with commentary & live footage. Now you search for big events, and it's memes, spam, ads, and idiots with blue ticks.
