Common people think Indian food has always been deep-fried. The reality is that for most of human history, oil was not a staple for us. Before the 19th century, vegetable oil (like mustard/sesame) was primarily used for lamps & medicine, not for submerged frying. Deep-frying was reserved for temple offerings/royal feasts using desi Ghee. Commoners used Parching, the technique you see in these videos. By using sand as a Heat Transfer Fluid, ancient Indians could achieve the effects of an oven w/o owning 1. Sand-baked potatoes, bhunja (parched grains), & muri (puffed rice) are the original "Healthy Snacks" of India, perfected centuries before Air Fryers were invented.

The sun was free. They sold you SPF 50 and a vitamin D deficiency. Sleep was free. They sold you an app, a pill, and a wearable that tells you your sleep was bad. Walking was free. They sold you a treadmill, a fitness tracker, and a £180 pair of trainers. Fasting was free. They sold you meal replacement shakes and the anxiety that skipping breakfast would wreck your metabolism. Cold water was free. They sold you a £3,000 plunge barrel and a podcast episode about it. Silence was free. They sold you a meditation app with a premium tier. Animal fat was cheap. They sold you seed oils, then supplements to replace what the animal fat contained. Tallow was cheap. They sold you a seventeen-step skincare routine and a clinical trial proving your face needs ceramides. Meat was cheap. They are currently selling you the idea that you shouldn't eat it. The 20th century removed access to everything the body needs to function. The 21st century is selling it back, one subscription at a time. Your great-grandmother had none of the products. She had all of the things.

Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple on the EQUINOX DAY. Today (21st March) is the equinox day, when the Sun rises due east and sets due west. The setting Sun's rays pass sequentially through the five windows/openings in the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala's tall Gopuram (entrance tower). This is not a coincidence; it is intentional ancient engineering tied to astronomy and precise design. The Earth rotates at a speed of approximately 0.25 degrees/min. To have the sun jump from one window to the next in exactly 5 minutes, the vertical angle between each window opening must be precisely 1.25 degrees relative to a specific observation point on the ground. The architects built a Vertical Protractor. They calculated the height of the Gopuram (tower) & the distance of the viewer to ensure the frame rate of the sun matched the human sense of a significant interval. INDIA IS FULL OF VEDIC, SCIENTIFIC, ASTRONOMICAL AND SANATANA DHARMA WHICH ARE PROVEN TO BE THE FIRST AND BEST IN THE WORLD.

I used Colgate, a fluoride-based toothpaste, twice a day, every day since I was a child. Little did I realize that Fluoride competes with iodine at thyroid receptor sites. Same receptors and direct competition. Your thyroid needs iodine to produce T3 and T4. Fluoride blocks the door. You're delivering a thyroid-suppressing chemical through the most absorbent tissue in your body. Twice daily. And your dentist told you it was essential. Hydroxyapatite toothpaste remineralizes teeth without touching your endocrine system. Been around for decades. Japan uses it as standard.

.@sardesairajdeep you attacked me today during my panel at the @indiatoday Conclave, and you accused me of “racism” and “Islamophobia” for speaking the truth about Islam. How can you accuse me of being racist when 10 days ago, you had no problem allowing for Islamic jihadist and Muslim Brotherhood mouthpiece @mehdirhasan to come on your show even though he has referred to non-Muslims as “animals and cattle”? Here is the video of Mehdi Hasan calling non-Muslims animals and cattle. 👇🏻 Do you think Hindus are Kaffir like Mehdi does? @sardesairajdeep, It appears to me that you are an Islamic sympathizer. Even worse, Mehdi previously said he wants to see more planes crash in America. Did you ambush him and ask him to apologize for calling for acts of Islamic terrorism with planes in America? Or do you only raise your voice at women, the same way Muslim men speak to women? Why did you allow this jihadi who has been condemned by the Trump administration for supporting jihad to come on your show? Double standard! It’s time for you to stop siding with those who wish to kill you in the name of Islam. Also, I’m not going to take advice from a man who has been begging @ZohranKMamdani the Jihadi Ugandan to come on his show. Mamdani is a communist. Are you a communist?

A young boy in Gujarat lost his father when he was just 5 years old. His mother raised him alone in Ahmedabad, struggling to make ends meet. As a young boy, he had only one pair of shoes and a single T shirt. He washed the T Shirt every night, so he could wear it again the next day. With no fancy facilities, he taught himself to bowl on the streets of Ahmedabad, developing the characteristic slingy action the world now recognizes instantly. In 2012, a video of his bowling caught the eye of John Wright, who was then working as a talent scout and coach for the Mumbai Indians, and he was called for trials. In 2013, he was picked by Mumbai Indians in the IPL. A skinny young fast bowler with a strange action… but incredible talent. During the early years of the player's IPL career with the Mumbai Indians, Mitchell Johnson noticed his unusual bowling action and raw pace during practice. Johnson, who used ASICS shoes himself, gifted the player a pair of ASICS bowling shoes. His first pair of high quality shoes. Years later, the same boy who once struggled to afford shoes became a global ambassador for ASICS. From IPL newcomer to India’s strike bowler, he went on to take 400+ international wickets and become one of the most feared fast bowlers in the world. And today, that boy from Ahmedabad stands tall as a T20 World Cup 2026 champion for India. The World knows him as Jasprit Bumrah.🔥🔥🔥

For those mourning the ghoul. The fall of the regime in Iran was predetermined on the day when a father was publicly hanged in front of his daughter for a post on social media. In his final moments, the father kept smiling while looking into his daughter’s eyes, so that her courage would not break. Who does not remember that scene — and hundreds of similar scenes that shook the hearts of people all over the world? In a place where women have their hair cut off for not wearing a burqa, where they are paraded naked and beaten so brutally that they die in hospital in agony… A culture and a system of values that treat women and children with such contempt and exploit them are doomed to destruction.
