@SamirShekharMin That’s a really good point.
I recently started adding source, pitch type and follow-up tracking for the same reason.
Would love to see your outline too .
English

@Swati_code Exactly. I would keep v1 simple too.
The 3 fields I would add early:
- source
- pitch angle
- next follow-up date
After 20-30 leads, this shows which niche/message is getting replies.
I am testing a basic 50-lead tracker around this. Happy to share the outline if useful.

@SamirShekharMin That’s actually a great point
Right now I’m focusing on keeping it simple first, but tracking source + pitch angle + follow-up patterns would make it much more useful for freelancers.

@Swati_code This is the part most freelancers skip. Tracking yes/no is useful, but tracking source, pitch angle, and follow-up date is where patterns start showing. Otherwise you cannot tell if the niche is wrong or the message is wrong.

@Swati_code This is the move. Freelancers need systems more than any other group — because you're the CEO, PM, and delivery person simultaneously. Pairing a command center like this with Claude for execution is the unfair advantage most are sleeping on. Nice build.
