The last 6 months have been some of the best moments of my life and also the worst.
I'll never forget when we pulled an all nighter for our launch or when Beeple made his first Pacmoon everyday.
But building on Blast has always been an uphill battle for us.
We think that tokens, community, and culture are what make a blockchain successful.
However, Blast never focused on that.

We love the community we created and want to continue this journey together.

We want to take over the internet.
Not blast, not crypto twitter, the fucking internet.
The Pacmoon meme was always too niche for our ambitious goals.
However, $ARMY is exciting, aspirational and appeals to more people than Pacmoon does.
We honestly never loved the Pacmoon IP but didn’t have time to improve it.
Then our intern created a character called Pacnub.
This was like catching lightning in a bottle.
Our community started posting more content about Pacnub than they did about Pacmoon lol.
So, we are switching our logo to an improved version of Pacnub.
We’ve always been building from a weak foundation in terms of meme, ticker and IP.
However, we believe that $ARMY and our new character are 10/10.
This rebrand will enable us to do stuff no other project can do and also increases the ceiling for how successful we can become.
We’re grateful for everyone in our community.

We are migrating to Solana.
Over the past 2 months, we’ve been thinking through options (Ethereum, Solana and Base).
Every chain has its pros and cons.
It is clear to us that Solana will continue being the #1 place for memecoins this cycle.
New retail traders are onboarding to SOL and crypto natives are rotating into it.
SOL’s strength provides a massive boost to every coin on its chain.
The objection to Solana is that the memecoin space is saturated and people are short term oriented.
While this is true for the most part, strong communities are still emerging.
We believe we’ll be the next one because we've already built an amazing community of holders and creators.
The past 6 months have been a rollercoaster of emotions which has brought us closer together.
Now, we’ll have a stronger foundation to build from.
SOL is an attention game and we’ve consistently proven we know how to go viral.
Capturing attention will be even easier on SOL because the ecosystem is so much larger and we’ll have access to the best partnerships.
We could’ve taken the easy path, but we decide to take the best path.
This is the most excited our team has ever been.
