@NWLRonline@Yvngmarshall1 Nice to see this. I never knew plea bargaining is divided in Nigerian criminal law context as this. I thought it's only in the UK jurisdiction.
Quick question, how do we relate DPA/NPA under plea bargaining. Or is it a separate mechanism on its own for corporate frauds/crimes?
Types of plea bargain
Charge bargain: is a plea bargain in which a prosecutor agrees to drop some of the counts or reduce the charge to a less serious offence in exchange for a plea of either guilty or no contest from the defendant.
Sentence bargain: is a plea bargain in which a prosecutor agrees to recommend a lighter sentence in exchange for a plea of either guilty or no contest from the defendant.

@NataniaMarshall God created man, not equal. Woman from man in the first place, then men from women. But feminists forgot the first instance and its virtues. The virtues which are actually made for their own good. Men to provide for them. They say NO; prefer competition and still blame men.
Everyday feminists take their computers (invented by men), power them with electricity (generated by men), access the internet (created by men) and log into Twitter and Facebook (designed by men).
To ask the question, “Who needs men?”
@SweetAdeiza@TheDamiForeign If they have various sources, love that for them! The tweet wasn't for them then. It's for the ones actually wasting 14 hours a day on drama with zero returns. No be fight, na just wake-up call to put data where the money is.
Reading is very important and fruitful. Only if you read, you would be among the people of intelligence, morality, self awareness, with good conscience and curiosity. People of these qualities make the world a better place for us to live, including the ignorant and arrogant.
@NessaIsBlooming@_______Collins This happens abroad. Not Nigeria. You go hear they're not responsible or such sort of words. Our elders deserve this frr
@_______Collins They had fun, you can tell🥹♥️. I feel we need to have event centres for the elderly where they can come everyday of the week to do fun activities with other elderly people (hosted by younger people of course), teach them dancing, knitting, karaoke- basically fun things for them
