One question we get often is about salt supplies. @myTDOT crews have used a good amount recently to keep area roadways clear. We have enough salt during this storm and will receive more shipments in near future so we’ll be ready the next time winter weather arrives in our Region.

@Tcarpvols I started doing that about 8 years ago… I get off all socal for the entire month of January every year. I loved it so much the first year- it’s become tradition. I look forward to the reset- it’s a great way to start the year

Taking a Break to Reconnect Starting today, I’m stepping away from social media for the next month. That means Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok—all gone from my phone. I’m not doing this out of frustration or burnout. I’m doing it to declutter my mind, refocus my spirit, and reconnect with what’s real. Too much of life feels filtered, performative, and digital. I want to get back to the physical world—the people, the places, the presence of God. This is a time for me to unplug, to listen more than I scroll, to be still, and to reset. I’ll still be posting to YouTube, but I won’t be watching or engaging with content there either. This is about clearing space—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. If you need to reach me, you know how. Otherwise, I’ll see you on the other side—hopefully clearer, lighter, and more grounded. Let’s see what happens when we make room for what matters.
